Positions at GR Host
Support Technician: Provide customers with Dashboard Password Resets, Basic Server & DNS Troubleshooting, Basic Technical Support.
- Help with WordPress login & basic plugin support.
- Explain server resource utilization and plan limitations.
- Provide users with high-quality training material or guidance.
- Execute Customer-requested Backups & Restores.
Cloud Technician: Deploy, Tune, and Troubleshoot Customer Servers, plus provide an escalated support for Support Technicians.
Billing Technician: Process Quotes, Invoices, Refunds, Cancellation, and other billing related issues.
Employment Requirements
- Legal to work in the United States.
- 16 Years or older.
- Stable Internet connection.
- 25 Mbps Download, 10 Mbps Upload
- Strong Verbal and Written communication in English.
- Other languages are a huge bonus!
- Strong or Growing Technical Skills
