Refunds
GR Host offers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on your first payment. Prepaid billing terms will be pro-rated to the date the refund request was initiated.
Sales and Discounts
Services provisioned with a Promo Code are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations
We do not offer refunds for cancellations mid billing cycle. We require seven (7) days notice for a cancellation. Cancellation requests MUST be submitted through Email!
It’s your responsibility to create a backup of your website before canceling your account. GR Host will no longer assist with migration tasks after cancellation.
All data will be destroyed and unrecoverable seven (7) days after cancellation is complete.
Account Deactivation
Any account deactivated due to non-payment will require a reactivation fee of $10 prior to reactivation. Customers who initiate a chargeback against GR Host will be subject to a $600 fee to cover administrative costs related to the chargeback dispute process. This fee must be paid before any suspended services can be reactivated.
