Terminations
Violating any provision of our Master Service Agreement, whether as a single event or repeated offenses, may result in the immediate interruption, suspension, or termination of your access and use of our services.
Suspensions
Accounts with payments that are fourteen (14) days overdue will be subject to service suspension. Accounts that remain suspended after fourteen (14) days are subject to termination and data removal.
Billing Practices
Client Services are purchased as prepaid services. Services are billed by the calendar month. Pro-rated refunding is rounded to the calendar day.
Price Increases
Customers on Yearly Terms will remain unaffected by sub-routine price increases until term renewal. Month to Month customers will incur the price increase the following full calendar month.
Example: If a sub-routine price increase is announced on July 15th, a customer on a Yearly Term that renews in November will not see this price increase until their November renewal date. A customer on a Month to Month term will see the new price reflected in their billing for the full calendar month of August.

Bandwidth Overages
Network Transfer is the exchange of data between two computers over the public internet. This traffic is broken down into inbound (ingress) and outbound (egress) network transfer. Inbound network transfer is data sent to your service, such as a file upload. Outbound network transfer is data sent from your service, such as a web page and its images, style sheets, and JavaScript files.
Costs associated with network transfer can be confusing in many cloud hosting companies. We keeps these costs transparent so that you can easily anticipate your monthly expenses.
All Inbound Transfer is Free. All Managed Hosting plans include a generous amount of Outbound Transfer. Outbound Overages are billed at $10/TB/Month. Customers that incur a Bandwidth Overage Fee will be eligible for free consulting to attempt and mitigate recurring events. Clients that continually incur a Bandwidth Overage Fee may be required to upgrade plans.
Policy Modification
GR Host reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification.
